It is located to the southeast of the Central American Isthmus, bordering the Atlantic to the North, the Pacific to the South, Colombia to the East and Costa Rica to the West.

It has an area of 75,517 km2 and more than 4 million inhabitants.

The official language is Spanish, but you will have no problem communicating in English.

The majority religion is Catholic and its population is deeply religious. It also has a large Jewish community.

The official currency is the Balboa, although the circulation currency is the US dollar with which it has parity.
